Rumoured to be the biggest ever BAS round, hosted by Severn Valley on the old Hereford track at Withington, there will be multiple cars from the Teifi club - good luck to all drivers.

Penblwydd Hapus, Happy Birthday to Vivian Dance, one of the founder members of Teifi Autograss Club. Viv celebrates his 60th Birthday this month.
NATIONALS TROPHY FOR TEIFI
Llongyfarchiadau, Congratulations to Alun Jenkins, TA32 who picked up a 2nd place at the Nationals, held at Radford Autograss Club earlier this month. It was a welsh one-two in class 4 as the National Champion is Adam Jones (ex-TA82, TA13, TA441 and TA44!) who now races for the Border Counties club - it would have been nice if it would have been a Teifi one-two at the nationals.
JUNE 26TH TEIFI MEETING IS ON!
A meeting provisionally booked for the 26th June is on this weekend, it will be held at the Ffostrasol Arms at 8pm. If any ladies or juniors have their forms and need signing then moneys etc can be sorted out. We have a very limited amoint although forms can be downloaded from the NASA site.
2009 - 2 cancelled qualifiers, 2 BAS and the MAP!
Despite the SWL's determination, the 2 last qualifiers had to be cancelled or cut short. Despite this, weather was kind to the Evesham club (BAS1), MAP League and PAC (BAS2)

2009 - 2 meetings done and dusted.
The season has been mostly dry for the early meetings of the year. The March 29th meeting and April 13th have gone well. There remains to be 2 qualifiers, one this sunday on May 17th and one on June 7th.

VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Teifi Club committee have decided to postpone the next club meeting as not to clash with the Wales v France game. The meeting was originally scheduled to be on the 27th Feb 2009. However, it will now be held on March 13th.
Track day will be held on Sunday March 8th, to prepare the field for the first race meeting.
There will also be a SWL League Meeting at the football club at 8pm on March 3rd.

The Teifi Dinner was recently held, and a good night was had by over 100 members and friends of the Teifi Autograss Club. A special thank you to Horace and Louise Jones (TA8) for their donation and also a big thank you to the sponsors who helped us give glass awards at our presentation night this year. Happy Birthday to Louise Francis (TA48) and a very big get well soon from your clubmates.
Licences will be available at the football club in Carmarthen next Sunday (1st Feb) as part of the South Wales League signing on day.

Congratulations to Kevin Chips Jones TA111 after his 50th birthday at the beginning of the month. Thanks to everyone who text/rung to see how he was after his illness.
Congratulations to Endaf Owens (TA5) and Rhiannon, who gave birth to Jac earlier this week. And also to Kevin Thomas (Murphy Bach TA48) and Gemma on the birth of David Thomas.
